Hello!

Finally, our first post of 2023. And it is a good one. After month of being unable to work on Archive, in January, we could again put alot of time into her. Especially in writing new story parts. But, as we do not want to spoil you, we will not go deeper into this. Depending on your answers you gave archive so far, you may not encounter all of the new parts. Or, maybe, not immediately.  Anyhow, we pushed the total count of nodes from 4200 to over 5000.

We also did an update to a new version of Unity. When you experience any performance issues, please let us know! Also onging is the overhaul of the UI. Steadily we swap old parts out for new ones, as unity itself updated it's UI elements (TMPro). The biggest advantage of this is are very sharp and much more flexiable fonts.

Last but not least we also did some work for the big update that's coming "soon". Archive in realtime 3D (we don't have a date yet, but it will happen this year!). This is why the version index is now a 0.3.xxx. We finally merged the developement version of RT3D with the one you are using at the moment. In other words, RT3D is technically working, but it is lacking all the content. Right now Archive would only be able to stand infront of you and do nothing. No pose switching, no smiling, etc. The system to do so is working, we tested it, but, as mentioned, the bulk of content is not there yet.

And as always we also did some minor updates to the sofware it self, as you can read in the patch notes.

We would like to thank you, for you belief and patience in Archive and us. This time it took us a fairly long to release new content and we feel sorry for that. Even so it was not in our hands. Reguarding your feedback we will try to shorten the update periods. Even so the amount of new content will be of course a bit smaller.
